Baptism

Natalie was baptised on July 25th at Mt. Zion in Wauwatosa. She didn't make a peep during the service- even when the pastor poured water on her head!

Jen and Shauns's Wedding

We had a wonderful time at Jen and Shaun's wedding July 17th. It was warm, but the weather was great for their special day.

Natalie- the first 6 weeks

So Natalie has been busy doing what most 6 week olds do- growing, sleeping, eating, and ...

We have had a lot of vistors and Natalie has enjoyed meeting everyone.

Last week Monday, Natalie smiled for the first time. So cute. It took us awhile to catch one on film, but we finally did.

Natalie's first professional photo shoot

On Monday night Natalie had her newborn photo shoot. She did great and Shannon and Jennifer the photographers were so great with her. We are thrilled to announce the arrival of Natalie Mae Marmet

On April 20th at 3:43p Natalie Mae Marmet made her appearance in the world. She was 7 lbs 14.5 oz and 20 inches long. Mom and baby are both healthy, and we are adjusting to life as three at home.

37 weeks, my birthday (March 22) on our way out to eat (above)

34.5 Weeks

My 34.5 week picture. Same dress as Valentine's day so good comparison! =) We are getting closer!

Shower

Had a lovely shower this weekend. Seeing friend and family was wonderful. Everyone was so generous to our baby girl, and now we are trying to get things put away. Here is just one picture from the shower, with more to come.

Valentine's Day

We had a nice time this Valentine's Day. We went out to a nice dinner at Sanford's in Milwaukee, and then it involved new jewelry for Lisa which always makes for a nice surprise =) This picture was taken exactly 60 days from my due date or about 31 1/2 weeks.

Our baby girl

Here is the latest ultrasound photo of our sweet baby girl. She is starting to look less like skeletor and more like a baby. Everything at the u/s looked good, so this may be the last baby photo we have until she is an outside baby.




In case you can't tell, thats a close up of her face. The whole time we were getting hte pictures, her little mouth was moving. John is worried she may be a talker like her momma.

Nursery

During Christmas week, we were very lucky that Lisa's mom came to stay, and while she was here helped get the nursery together. Before she got here, John cleaned out the room (since we moved in it has been a storage room) and painted the ceiling. Then, Lisa's mom painted the walls and ironed all the bedding. Still some things to finish, but we are off to a great start!
